Dalbey Education Contracts with Concierge Colorado
Dalbey Education is offering its employees a unique perk: more time in their days.
Employees can now take advantage of an on-site concierge service that will handle a wide variety of daily errands such as dry cleaning, car care and party planning.
“We truly value what our employees do for us and we wanted to do something for them in return. In our culture, where people are so busy and stressed, who doesn’t need an extra hour or two to spend with family or just unwind?” said Russ Dalbey, CEO and founder of Dalbey Education. “Plus, providing this service to our employees helps solidify our position as an employer of choice.”
Dalbey Education pays an annual fee to Concierge Colorado for the service. Employees who use the concierge pay only for the products or services purchased on their behalf.
“Having this service offered by the company is great. They are able to simply get done all of my small errands that can only be done during regular work hours and weekdays. And so far it’s saved me two and a half days of my vacation time,” said Dalbey Education employee Chris Phillips.
The concierge service is expected to result in bottom-line benefits for Dalbey Education such as increased employee satisfaction, increased retention and improved productivity. Nancy Bodnar, Senior Director of Human Resources said that offering on-site concierge “saves employees time and enables them to fully engage in their jobs while at work.”
