Andrew Steiner, Director of Education

In his role as Director of Education for Dalbey Education, Andrew Steiner directs all education programs for the company’s expansive line of professional mentoring services. When he joined the company in 2003, he brought with him more than 10 years experience in education and entrepreneurship.

Steiner is an experienced industry expert who learned the intricacies of the note business under his mentor Russ Dalbey. He managed the Educational Services team for several years and in that capacity has worked with thousands of Dalbey Education’s students.

Steiner’s involvement with real estate originated from buying and selling real estate notes with Russ Dalbey. He then branched out to buying and reselling real estate for himself, further expanding his first-hand knowledge of today’s ever-changing real estate market. He has worked on hundreds of note deals both individually and as a Dalbey Education instructor.

Before joining Dalbey Education, Steiner was a professor of Information Technology at Lehigh Carbon College in Pennsylvania.  In addition, Steiner has worked extensively in guerrilla marketing and sales, even braving the difficult world of door-to-door solicitation. As a result, he is a sought-after speaker in topics ranging from lead harvesting to negotiation and deal structuring.
