Russ Dalbey

Founder and CEO, Dalbey Education

Russ Dalbey founded Dalbey Education in 1995 to provide customers with the highest quality of products, services and networking resources for individuals involved in the Cash Flow industry. Since that time, Russ Dalbey has expanded the company into a full-service educational institute and has become a leading industry expert and authority in Cash Flow notes.

Dalbey began his career as a stockbroker for a Wall Street firm where, in an office of 29 brokers, his sales volume matched the output of the rest of the office. In 1990, he began forming the foundation for his own company, growing his fortunes quickly in a little known but highly profitable real estate note business.

Making a profound career decision that would impact millions of people across the world, at age 28, Russ Dalbey chose to begin educating individuals on how to become successful working in the cash flow business. And in 1995, Dalbey founded America’s Note Network, which later evolved into Dalbey Education.

Dalbey is an expert speaker and educator, credited with many influential lectures and workshops. He has authored more than 100 articles on the Cash Flow note business, and he is responsible for the best course available in this industry, the extremely popular “Winning in the Cash Flow Business.”

In addition to his business success, Dalbey is a former professional cyclist. In the early 1980’s he raced competitively, participating in major events and was a member of the United States Olympic training team. Russ Dalbey seized international honors in 1983, setting the world speed record in the one-mile course.

Lucas Kalisher

Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Dalbey Education

Preceded by two generations of businessmen, Lucas Kalisher’s steadfast drive and visionary leadership make him invaluable to Dalbey Education. The unique knowledge he possesses from two decades of direct experience as an entrepreneur is invaluable to helping customers achieve success.

Kalisher founded his first company before graduating high school. While still in college, he launched a jewelry business, receiving a real-world education on retail sales, customer service, inventory control and financial management. Next, Kalisher perceived a need in a specialized niche market and responded by creating a successful company that provided services for surf apparel producers and beach volleyball companies.

After relocating to Colorado in the early 1990s, Kalisher built an award-winning entertainment company that included a nightclub, national production company, talent agency and record label. His early adoption of subscriber-based email marketing allowed him to channel the then-novel power of the Internet to grow a loyal and profitable customer base.

As a business consultant, Kalisher drafted a sales model and strategic business plan for a top international TV and entertainment company; he also created an effective telesales and marketing model for a major sunglasses company.

For over five years, Kalisher has provided the critical direction and insight that has enabled Dalbey Education to serve its customers effectively and achieve its objectives. By always prioritizing the needs of the students, Kalisher has enabled Dalbey Education to further evolve, improve its services and expand its customer base.
